The Bell Community Development Foundation is a New Jersey based nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to affordable housing, transitional housing and stability services, support for veterans and military families, community revitalization, and financial literacy and homeownership education.
The Foundation is designed to serve communities through housing, opportunity, education, and service while building long-term stability for individuals and families.

The Bell Community Development Foundation works to expand housing opportunity, support vulnerable populations, strengthen communities, and build pathways to long-term stability through strategic partnerships, education, outreach, and service.
The Bell Community Development Foundation is being built to serve communities through practical, mission-driven work that creates real impact. The Foundation’s focus includes affordable housing development, transitional housing and housing stabilization services, support for veterans and military families, neighborhood revitalization, financial literacy and homeownership education, and faith- and community-rooted outreach.
Our initial geographic focus includes Seattle, Washington; East Orange, New Jersey; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In each city, the Foundation intends to build partnerships, identify housing and community development opportunities, and support local efforts that strengthen neighborhoods and expand access to stability, dignity, and opportunity.
The Foundation may work directly or through partnerships with nonprofit, faith-based, civic, governmental, educational, and community organizations. Programs may include affordable housing initiatives, transitional housing support for individuals and families, youth housing partnerships, veteran-focused support services, financial education workshops, neighborhood improvement efforts, and community outreach programs.
